This is a programme for new managers, team leaders or supervisors entering the management arena for the first time.

To join this Higher Certificate in Management Practice programme you will need:

• A Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF level 4;
• Evidence of competencein English proficiency (if your school and/or tertiary study was not in English)
• 1-2 years’ work experience, preferably with some junior management/supervisory experience.
